Thai Yoga Massage

Traditionally performed on the floor on a padded mat, you are guided through partner yoga poses. In combination with stretches, traditional techniques like compression and joint mobilization are used to increase flexibility, decrease pain, relieve chronic stress and as part of injury rehabilitation.  Performed with clothes on and without oils or lotions.
