How it works:
Each session is uniquely designed for your needs and goals. We will meet and discuss the various elements of your current movement practice, any injuries or conditions and what you are hoping to receive from working in a private session.
Sessions often involve a combination of flowing movement or "vinyasa" practice with a restorative session at the end. However, a full session of Thai yoga massage, restorative yoga therapy or meditation practice can be extremely beneficial.
As we move throughout the session, we will check in and adapt the practice to your needs. In this space, it is about you!
